Returns Policy.
If your order arrives and is damaged, defective or is otherwise incorrect, please contact Malvern Instruments at returns@malvern and we will make arrangements to send you a replacement. Please do not return any products until you have received a returns authorization number from us.
If you have ordered in error, Malvern Instruments will accept returns for products ordered from this Webstore provided that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase, the product is unused and in the original packaging, and you have obtained a returns authorization number from us at returns@malvern.com. We will refund the purchase price of the item, but not the shipping or returns cost.
