My Login / Password doesn't allow me to enter the site

You will need to create a Login and password for the Store as this is a separate system to your registration on Malvern.com, though you can use the same password set up. Please visit the create account page and fill in the details in order for you to purchase items from the store.

I don't know my Account Number

This is your Malvern account number which will be present on invoices and shipping documentation, if you can't find this, go to contact-us and our team will assist you

The incorrect amount of Tax has been applied to my order

Your tax is based on the tax rates applied to your delivery address and should reflect any valid tax exemption certificates you have provided us. To update this please e-mail through and we will be able to assist you.

I can't find a part that I have ordered before

Not all parts we offer are available on our site, please email us and we will be able to assist you.

My credit card is blocked for Store

Check with your credit card company the merchant code that Malvern Panalytical is under, this could need changing to allow you to access the purchase.

My store is in the wrong currency for the region I am located in

Go to the homepage and select the region that your billing and ship to address is located in.

My voucher code doesn't seem to work at checkout

Check that your voucher code is valid.
